I made a mistake in my order

I selected the wrong size/color - I entered the wrong address

If you have just ordered and have mistakenly entered the wrong size or color,  or forgot to mention your apartment number/P.O box in your address, please contact us support@rise.ca as soon as possible. We will be able to make the changes only if your order has not been shipped yet.

Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive your order and proceed to an exchange.
